Black & White Wedding Cake

My son Nick asked if I would make a wedding cake as
a gift for his friend Ryan and wife Gemma. Using our
Super Black Americolor, 19 piece Decorating Kit and
spatualas, I was able to create this black and white beauty.
I went to the craft store to purchase black ribbon. I was
going to use black fondant ribbon but worried about the
heat we have during the summer months.

Pink Chocolate Cake & Cupcakes

Owner, Jill Foster made this cake for a friend's baby shower cake. Frosted two-tier stacked cakes, using chocolate and pink fondant ribbons and balls. The daisies are royal icing flowers I made a week in advance. This would make a beautiful wedding cake too!

I had fun with extra cake batter and made complimentary cupcakes!
