On Memorial Day we spent the day giving honorto those who have died for our freedom.
We visited a Veteran's Memorial which
highlighted letters written by our soldiers.
For dinner I made a delicious watermelon platter using
star and flag cookie cutters. I cut watermelon slices about
1-inch thick and then cut pieces using cookie cutters.
